The Indictments

Let's start today by agreeing that I have not received any leaks from the Special Prosecutor's Office. (Could somebody check and see if it is a crime to leak from that office?) Then let's get to the serious speculating.
Republicans (KayBH) are beginning to excuse perjury or obstruction of justice charges. How partisan that looks. Why can't we just tell everyone to tell the truth? You are not allowed to protect someone because it's in the public interest. UNLESS you are willing to take the criminal fall for that behavior. I have always believed in civil disobedience, so long as you don't try to evade the punishment for the behavior.
If Rove or Scooter (Boy does THAT do a disservice to the entire conservative movement) lied to the Prosecutor under oath, or if they obstructed justice, and the elements of the recpective crimes are found to exist, they should be prosecuted, found guilty, and punished. As much as I like what they have done for the cause.
