Barney Frank

Barney Frank is a disgrace to the Congress of the United States. He is a hypocrite and can't argue an issue without resorting to ad hominem attacks. He apparently called Justice Scalia a homophobe in a recent interview. I would like to know what his evidence for that claim is. Where has Justice Scalia expressed a "fear of or contempt for lesbians and gay men" at any time? Because he disagrees with judicially changing the definition of marriage or moral decisions made by the people of the various states?
Please... Barney Frank has no spine. I would enjoy a debate between Mr. Frank and any one of a half dozen high school kids I know who would smoke him in a fair contest...
I better go to the gym and work off some of this steam...

President Obama

President Obama said that when he bowled it looked "like the Special Olympics or something". OK I guess it could hurt the feelings of some parents somewhere, but I wouldn't hold it against him if he said that in a private conversation. Many of my friends have said worse (me too, I suppose). So the President seems like a regular guy talking like that. My only frustration with the whole thing is the way he gets treated afterwards. His apology is accepted and the head of the Special Olympics says that it "was very moving". Really...
First of all, President Bush never said that, so he didn't have to apologize. But second, if he had, would HIS apology have been accepted immediately as "very moving"? Hypocrites ...
