Medved and Romney, Clinton Tears
Michael Medved is making me mad. He is self-righteously calling out all Romney supporters with questions that are simplistic and that miss the point. I usually like Michael, but I think he is offended by the fact that people disagree with him on the ‘amnesty for illegals’ issue. So when Romney calls McCain out on Michael’s pet project (that flopped) he takes it personally. He can’t stand the word amnesty. Amnesty means a government pardon for crimes committed.
He asks what Romney is passionate about. It’s a ridiculous question. It’s a high school question. I don’t want a passionate president. I want a thoughtful determined and serious minded president. One who is not swayed by his passions. Hillary was crying on the stump today. Wrong move. I think she wanted to let her guard down, to show that she is not an automaton. I think people will think of her as a crying woman who was tired and frustrated and crying about how hard life is “for the children”. Or she was faking it, which would be worse.
